Ryan Fuson is a Managing Director of Redwood Housing and is responsible for day to day operations, development activities and investment decisions of the organization. Under the leadership of Ryan, Redwood Housing has established itself as a preeminent impact developer focused primarily on senior and affordable housing and has built a reputation for taking on complex and challenging projects and achieving successful outcomes. Ryan also spends a considerable amount of time collaborating with industry leaders to establish sustainable development programs and techniques that extend beyond project boundaries and have a positive impact on the environment and throughout the communities that Redwood Housing serves. Prior to co-founding Redwood Housing, Ryan held a variety of senior positions at private investment firms that focused on investing capital across asset classes, including real estate, public securities and private equity. Ryan began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs after graduating with honors from the University of Washington.

Jeff Green is a Managing Director of Redwood Housing and is responsible for day to day operations, development activities and investment decisions of the organization. Through the direction of Jeff, Redwood Housing has become a sustainable impact development organization focused primarily on senior and affordable housing and has established a track record of achieving excellent results, operating with the highest level of integrity and exceeding expectations. Jeff also focuses his attention on developing partnerships and procedures critical to supporting Redwood Housing’s best-in-class operations and ensuring the long-term sustainability of its communities. Prior to co-founding Redwood Housing, Jeff held a variety of senior positions at private investment firms focused on long-term investments in real estate, public securities and private companies. Jeff graduated with an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs after graduating with high honors from U.C. Berkeley.

Nick Boehm is a Director of Redwood Housing and has significant experience in strategic and hands-on management in all aspects of complex real estate and equity acquisition and disposition transactions. As the leader of the firm’s acquisition activities, Nick manages the outreach, negotiation and due diligence processes related to the firm’s development opportunities. Through Nick’s efforts, Redwood Housing has established meaningful relationships with both affordable housing owner-operators and local housing authorities throughout the country. As part of the diligence process, Nick ensures resources dedicated to preserving and improving these community assets are allocated to maximize durability, energy efficiency and resident living standards. Prior to joining Redwood Housing, Nick held a variety of positions at private investment firms that focused on investing in real estate and public securities. Nick began his career in New York City within institutional capital markets at Deutsche Bank after graduating from Amherst College.
